Sunflower lecithin with dual organic certification: USDA NOP + EU Organic
Solvent-free, non-GMO, allergen-free — same purity profile as standard PBPC 20
Price premium ~30–50% over conventional grade
Limited capacity — opportunity to lock in volumes via framework contract
Built for organic nutraceuticals, premium baby food, certified clean-label brands
Why the Organic Grade
The U.S. organic segment posts steady annual growth. Brands marketed as "certified organic" cannot, under USDA NOP rules, use conventional emulsifiers — even if those are non-GMO and allergen-free. The lecithin inside an organic product must itself be organically certified, or the brand loses the right to the "USDA Organic" mark on the package.
PrimeBlend Organic Sunflower Lecithin closes this gap with dual certification — USDA NOP for the U.S. market and EU Organic for European and Canadian markets via standard equivalence.
Applications
Organic Nutraceuticals & Supplements
Softgel capsules and liquid supplements sold under organic / certified-clean claims. Core customers are organic vitamin, omega-3, omega-6, cognitive, and lipotropic formula manufacturers.
Premium Baby Food & Infant Nutrition
Organic baby food is the strictest category on raw-material purity. Dual organic certification + the inherent non-GMO and allergen-free status of sunflower lecithin gives a perfect fit for this niche.
Clean-Label Premium Brands
Chocolatiers, plant-based brands, premium bakery, dairy-free spreads, vegan cheeses — categories where organic certification opens the door to Whole Foods, Sprouts, Erewhon, and other premium retail channels with dedicated certified-organic shelves.
Organic Cosmetics & Personal Care
The growing clean-beauty segment uses food-grade organic lecithin as emulsifier and skin-conditioning agent. USDA NOP certification is the entry ticket to this channel.
Why It Matters
Dual certification. USDA NOP + EU Organic — dual certification opens U.S., European, and Canadian markets without additional validation.
Purity. Same purity as conventional PBPC 20 — cold-pressed, 0 ppm hexane, non-GMO, allergen-free. Organic adds no risk; it cements premium status.
Premium economics. A 30–50% raw-material premium translates into a 60–120% retail premium for the finished product. The economics are positive for the brand.
Pre-orders and framework agreements. Annual framework contracts with locked-in price and priority allocation are open for anchor customers.
Quality & Compliance
Dual organic certification (USDA NOP + EU Organic) sits on top of the same baseline quality stack as standard PBPC 20: FSSC 22000 v6.0, ISO 22000:2018, Halal, Kosher, Non-GMO Project Verified. Regulatory status of the product — FDA GRAS under 21 CFR § 184.1400. Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis and copies of current organic certificates.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How is organic lecithin different from non-GMO?
A. Organic certification requires that SEEDS be grown on certified-organic fields free of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides for at least 3 years, and that processing run on a certified-organic line. Non-GMO covers only the absence of genetic modification.
Q. When does commercial supply start?
A. 2027. Pilot batches are available earlier under a framework contract with an anchor customer.
Q. Can I get a Letter of Interest for my retail partner?
A. Yes. Under signed NDA we provide a Letter of Interest, product specification, supply-chain description, and launch plan for your retail-channel pitch.
Q. How does the price compare to conventional PBPC 20?
A. A ~30–50% premium over conventional. Exact pricing is negotiated by volume and contract term.
Q. Are USDA NOP and EU Organic the same?
A. They are equivalent under the U.S.–EU Organic Equivalency Arrangement but carry different technical requirements. Dual certification removes any cross-region import or export friction.
